Itinerary
5 Days Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tsavo East National Park
Morning
- Depart from Nairobi early in the morning (around 6:00 AM).
- Drive to Tsavo East National Park (approximately 4-5 hours).
Midday
- Arrive at Tsavo East and check in at your lodge or camp.
- Enjoy lunch at the lodge or a picnic lunch in the park.
Afternoon
- Afternoon game drive in Tsavo East. Spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, and various bird species.
Evening
- Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park
Morning
- Early morning game drive in Tsavo East, followed by breakfast at the lodge.
Midday
- Check out and drive to Tsavo West National Park (approximately 2 hours).
- Stop for lunch at a designated picnic spot or a lodge within the park.
Afternoon
- Afternoon game drive in Tsavo West. Visit the Mzima Springs to see hippos and crocodiles.
Evening
- Return to your lodge in Tsavo West for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Full Day in Tsavo West

Day 4: Tsavo West to Amboseli National Park

Evening
- Dinner at the lodge and overnight stay.
Day 5: Full Day in Amboseli and Departure

- Early morning game drive to catch the sunrise and see wildlife waking up.
Midday
- Breakfast back at the lodge before embarking on another game drive or visit a local Maasai village.
Afternoon
- Return to the lodge for lunch. Check out after lunch.
Late Afternoon
- Depart for Nairobi (approximately 4-5 hours drive), aiming to be back by evening.
