5 Days Aberdares, Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Aberdares

- Depart for Aberdares National Park (approx. 2.5 hours drive).
Afternoon
- Check in at your lodge/hotel. Recommended: Treetops Lodge or The Ark.
- Enjoy lunch at the lodge.
Evening
- Spend the afternoon at leisure, perhaps exploring the lodge grounds or enjoying the view of wildlife visiting the waterhole.
- Dinner at the lodge.
- Overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Aberdares to Lake Nakuru
Morning
- Early breakfast at the lodge.
- Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park (approx. 3-4 hours drive).
Afternoon
- Check in at your accommodation in Nakuru National Park
- Have lunch at the lodge.
Evening
- Afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos, rhinos, and diverse wildlife.
- Return to the lodge for dinner.
- Overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara
Morning
- Early breakfast at the lodge.
- Depart for Maasai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5-6 hours drive).
Afternoon
- Check in at your accommodation in Maasai Mara.
- Enjoy lunch at the lodge.
Evening
- Enjoy your first evening game drive in Maasai Mara, famous for its big cat populations and the Great Migration (if visiting during migration months).
- Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 4: Full Day in Maasai Mara

- Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 5: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

- Depart for Nairobi (approx. 5-6 hours drive).
- Arrival in Nairobi. Lunch at a restaurant or at the airport depending on your flight schedule.
